In early 2024, ULTRUST was entrusted by the Selangor State Government, through the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) and the Selangor Zakat Board (LZS), to receive a social enterprise seed fund to establish a business initiative aimed at supporting underprivileged communities in the state of Selangor. In response to the state’s expectations and following an official meeting with His Royal Highness the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah ibni Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, during an official Iftar event hosted by LZS, ULTRUST officially established ULTRUST Event Delight. The Chairman of ULTRUST, Dr. Meor Muhamad Fazrul Adly Bin Meor Fuad, has entrusted Madam Septini Ino Mos @ Nurmyra Felina Aisyah Binti Mos to carry out the duties as the second Principal Planner and CEO of ULTRUST Event Delight, replacing himself as the first and previous one as soon as the company was rebranded from its original name, after the company was fully acquired by ULTRUST.

ULTRUST Event Delight also known as UED is a professional and dynamic event management and planning agency established in early 2024 as a rebranding initiative of the Event Management Department under Meor Legacy Entertainment (MLE Entertainment), which had been operating since 2014. The formation of UED as a standalone registered entity was proposed by the department head and supported by strategic investors and the ULTRUST Board of Governance. Since its inception, UED has grown into a trusted name in event planning, known for delivering memorable and meaningful experiences tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
